All the reviews about this practice pressuring patients to commit to excessively expensive treatments are 100% true. The assistant came in and told me I would have to pay $6,600 for nightguards and laser therapy and tried to get me to do it with a payment plan. When I said I needed time to think about it, the assistant came back and said they would offer me a discount but only if I committed on the spot. This is not medical care. This is coercive exploitation of patients in need.

Basically forced me to open a medical credit card and left me with 10k in debt. They try not to use your insurance. Their prices are ridiculous and they don't have real professionals reading your medical tests. Predatory at best, malicious at worst. To the reply from the business, my last appointment was February 2023. You just proved how scummy you are. Heres photo evidence. I'll provide more and the bill if you push me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A HUGE waste of money. I did the $5,000 treatment plan. They didn’t listen to my complaints very well. I told them I have a joint issue overall and hypermobility and they didn’t change my treatment plan at all. They barely listened. They basically told me my jaw joints were ruined and if I didn’t do the treatment, I would damage the disc and have bone on bone. They quickly threw a bunch of Botox into me all over. My MD said they didn’t need to do all of that. My problem comes from my cervical spine and they didn’t even stop to ask about my neck problems. What a waste of $5,000. They are also NEVER on time. I’ve waited an hour + at every appointment. The worst dental experience. And the front desk people are completely incompetent. I plan to report them and hopefully get some money back.

Dr. Larson and his outstanding team are simply amazing! I came in to see them because I was three months post TMJ surgery and having issues with pain and mobility (mouth opening). I’m now two months into treatment and my pain has significantly decreased since incorporating laser sessions and a customized mouth guard into my daily and nightly routine. We are also continuing to see ongoing improvement with my mobility. They truly took the time to understand what could be causing the issues and set up a plan to address them.

The experience at Dr. Larson's office is by far the best I've ever had in the myriad of dentists I've seen over my lifetime. From the moment you walk in the door, you can see that it is a First Class operation. The staff is delightful, but not in the sleezy "we've-been-taught-how-businesses-are-supposed-to-treat-customers" sort of way. Really great people, who obviously really love working together in that office. And Dr. Larson has never once been aloof, condescending, nor dismissive. On the contrary, he is very much a people person in addition to being totally professional. I'm impressed all the way around with this office, not to mention that the dental work I've had done went perfectly... every time. I highly recommend this office.
